Kinyau LLC respects your privacy and keeps your membership discreet. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account details: email address, username and password.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processors (card and crypto). We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited card information (such as the last four digits); we never store your full card number.
• Age confirmation: your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and age-verification results where the law requires them.
• Messages you send to creators through the Service. Chats are stored so the creator and her support team can reply, and are kept while your account is open.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working. A small browser setting remembers that you confirmed your age.

How we use it

To run your membership, process payments, deliver content, answer support requests, prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, protect creators, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help run the Service (our payment processor, hosting and email providers), with authorities when the law requires, or to protect the safety of creators or members. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.

Discretion

We never post your name or activity publicly. Charges appear under a discreet billing name, and emails from us do not contain explicit content.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, then only as long as needed for legal, tax and chargeback purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing hello@kinyau.org. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and payments are handled on the processor's secure checkout.

Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have.
