Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel your membership whenever you like. Cancel through the link in your payment confirmation email, through our payment processor's support page, or by emailing pay@kinyau.org with the email address you joined with. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• Because content is digital and available immediately, completed membership periods, unlocked content and tips are generally not refundable.
• Crypto payments cannot be reversed. If a refund is owed on a crypto payment, we refund the US dollar amount in the same coin, at the rate on the day of the refund, to an address you give us.
• We will refund you if you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled. Email pay@kinyau.org within 30 days of the charge and we will reply within 2 business days.
• Custom content you paid for that is not delivered within the agreed time is refunded in full.

Billing questions first

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually fix it the same day. Accounts with a chargeback are closed.
