Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kinyau LLC, a California limited liability company ("Kinyau", "we", "us"), for your use of kinyau.org and any membership, purchase or content offered on it (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live, and viewing this material is legal where you are. By entering you confirm both. We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Creators

Every creator shown on the Service is at least 18 years old. Kinyau verifies each creator's government ID and keeps age and consent records as described in our 2257 statement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login private and for all activity on your account. One account is for one person. Do not share, sell or transfer access.

4. Memberships and purchases

• Membership: a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Individual purchases: unlocking a photo set, video or custom request is a one-time charge.
• Tips: voluntary, one-time, and not refundable.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change; a price change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number. Card charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing name.
• Crypto payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC) are final once confirmed on the blockchain and do not renew automatically; each month is paid separately. Send the exact amount shown at checkout to the address provided; payments sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

5. Chat

You can message creators through the Service. Messages may be answered by the creator or by members of her Kinyau support team. Do not send personal contact details, payment details or requests to meet. We may review chats to keep creators and members safe, and we may close accounts that break these rules.

6. Personal use only

Content is licensed to you for personal, private viewing only. You may not copy, download, record, screenshot, share, post, resell or redistribute any content. Leaking content is a violation of these terms and of the creators' copyright, and we will close your account and pursue removal and other remedies.

7. Conduct

You agree not to: harass, threaten or pressure any creator or member; ask for or arrange meetings in person; ask for or offer payment outside the Service; request content involving minors, non-consent, violence, bestiality or anything illegal; or try to identify or locate any creator. Creators may end any conversation and we may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

8. Content ownership

All content is owned by the creator or by Kinyau and is protected by copyright. Kinyau, the Kinyau name and the site design are ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Ending your access

You can stop using the Service and cancel any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if required by law or our payment processor, or to protect creators or members.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kinyau is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before filing any claim, please email hello@kinyau.org so we can try to resolve it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will post a notice on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
